Return & Refund Policy – Healthy Seeds
At Healthy Seeds, customer satisfaction and product quality are our top priorities. Since we deal in organic and edible seed products such as chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, and sunflower seeds & mix seeds we follow a strict return and refund policy to ensure hygiene, freshness, and safety.
1. Refund Claim Time Limit
If you receive a damaged, leaked, torn, incorrect, or incomplete parcel, you must submit your refund claim within 24 hours of order delivery.
Claims made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
2. Unboxing Video Requirement
To claim a refund, customers must provide a clear parcel opening/unboxing video.
The video should clearly show:
- The sealed parcel before opening
- The condition of the packaging
- Any damage, tear, leakage, or missing item
- The product quantity received
- The order details or invoice, if available - Refund claims without a proper unboxing video may not be approved.
3. Damaged or Torn Parcel
If the parcel is torn, damaged, opened, or leaked at the time of delivery, please record a video before opening it completely and contact us immediately.A refund or replacement will only be processed after we review the video proof.
4. Complete Quantity Required
To be eligible for refund or replacement, the product quantity must be complete.
Refund will not be approved if:
- The product has been used
- The product quantity is missing
- The product has been consumed partially or fully
- The product has been transferred to another container
- The original packaging is not available
5. Return Conditions
Returns are only accepted if the product is:
- Damaged during delivery
- Incorrect item delivered
- Quantity is less than ordered
- Packaging is opened, torn, or leaked before customer use
- Product is not in acceptable condition at delivery time
6. Non-Refundable Cases
Refund or replacement will not be provided in the following cases:
- Claim is made after 24 hours of delivery
- No unboxing video is provided
- Product has been opened and used
- Product quantity is incomplete
- Customer changes their mind after receiving the order
- Customer ordered the wrong product by mistake
- Product taste, smell, or texture is normal but customer preference differs
- Storage issue caused after delivery, such as moisture, heat, or improper handling
7. Product Storage Responsibility
Healthy Seeds products should be stored in a cool, dry, and clean place. After delivery, the customer is responsible for proper storage.
We are not responsible for product damage caused by moisture, sunlight, heat, insects, or improper storage after delivery.
8. Refund or Replacement Process
After receiving your complaint and video proof, our team will review your case.
If your claim is approved, we may offer:
- Product replacement
- Refund
- Store credit
The final decision will depend on the issue and the proof provided.
9. How to Submit a Claim
To submit a return or refund claim, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Customer name
- Contact number
- Clear unboxing video
- Photos of damaged parcel/product, if available
- Short explanation of the issue
10. Important Note
Healthy Seeds reserves the right to reject any refund or return claim if the provided proof is incomplete, unclear, edited, or submitted after the allowed time period.
